Will Gibbons

Will is the Director of Accounting at the Acuity Group. He is responsible for all aspects of the accounting department functions.

Prior to joining Acuity, Will was based in London working as a Global Financial Controller at Faction Collective, a ski & apparel manufacturer headquartered in Switzerland. He was responsible for the consolidation, cash-flow management & forecasting, accounting & taxes of the global entities (China, Japan, US, CA & Europe). During his time the company grew its revenue at 40% a year & doubled in headcount; leading the acquisition of two companies, and the expansion of operations to China & Japan.

Will also previously worked at an aftermarket car services provider in Australia as Controller, and at Deloitte Audit in New Zealand where he is from.

Will graduated from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) with a Bachelors in Accounting & Commercial Law. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).

Will currently resides in the greater Indianapolis area with his wife and son.
