Shane Willis

Shane Willis is the President of SUMCO and a Partner at Acuity Group, where he leads the firm’s finishing vertical under the SUMCO brand. He partners with operating management to drive value creation across the portfolio through strategic growth, operational improvement, and acquisition integration.

Shane brings nearly 30 years of operating excellence across metal processing and specialty manufacturing companies in the US and Mexico. His work spans the full lifecycle of industrial businesses, from building corporate infrastructure and management systems to executing buy-and-build strategies that expand scale and market position. Prior to AG, he progressed through operational and commercial leadership roles beginning in the early 2000s, culminating in an Executive Vice President role where he tripled revenues and market share through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions.

Shane holds an MBA and a BBA from Texas Tech University. He lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife and three children.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
