Matt Hurrle

Matt is the Vice President & General Manager of American Electro Products & American Plastic Products and a Partner at Acuity Group. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the businesses, executing strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and commercial development.

Prior to joining AEP & APP, Matt served in a variety of capacities across business functions at Acuity Group, including locally at each of the businesses, as well as globally. Most recently, he was Vice President of Corporate Development, executing on a wide range of growth plans across the group.  Prior to joining Acuity Group in 2019, Matt worked at Deloitte, both in the United States and overseas, in a variety of capacities including consulting, corporate finance, and audit. The common thread throughout his career has been a focus on servicing, supporting, managing, and growing manufacturing & industrial businesses.

Matt graduated from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting.

Matt currently resides in Connecticut with his wife and daughter.
