Justin Goheen

Austin is an Operating Partner at Acuity Capital Group (ACG) where he serves as Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Management Group. His primary responsibilities there include overseeing IMG’s operations, executing managerial initiatives, and driving efficiencies throughout the business.

Austin has worked in Commercial Banking for almost 15 years and was most recently a Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America. He was responsible for business development, deal execution, monitoring clients risk profile and leading a team to support his clients.

His primary focus was to work with privately held businesses and assist in financing acquisitions, capital projects and working capital. He has worked with a variety of industries throughout his career including Automotive, Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Professional Services.

Austin earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelors degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

He currently resides in Zionsville with his wife, daughter and son.
