Austin Stickley

Austin is the President of Acuity Group Operations (AGO) and a partner at Acuity Group. AGO provides operational frameworks, shared infrastructure, and integration support to the operating companies. In this role, he leads financial strategy, capital allocation, and acquisition integration across the group of companies.

Prior to joining Acuity Group, Austin spent nearly 15 years in Commercial Banking, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America. He worked with privately held businesses to finance acquisitions, capital projects, and working capital across a range of industries, including Automotive, Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Professional Services.

Austin earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He resides in Zionsville with his wife and three children.
